    Lance Hooks

Pulled cranks all morning. A lot of fish from 15 to 35 FOW along the breaks and edges.  Most active and aggressive, feeding fish were in 18 to 20 FOW. White bass were thick and a pain. I could only fish one rod. I could not keep up with multiple rods. Walleyes wanted #7 flicker shad in Blue gill color. Several 13 inch walleye. The fish wanted baits trolled faster today than previous days.  I lost a GOOD walleye at the boat. I was sick to my stomach, nauseous for about 10 minutes.  It wasn’t 10 lbs but it was 5 pounds all day along.  The ones that get away always seem bigger. Ugh. It was a fantastic morning of fishing.!!!
