    Lance Hooks

Beautiful October day. Sunny, no wind, water temp 75. Jigged the timber on a hump and side of hump. Fish were scattered and spooky. Marked some fish on top of a 27 foot hump and down the side of hump out top 35 FOW. They seemed to be roaming and not very hungry. They were there, they just were not feeding or didnt like my offering. Tried spooning, nil. LOTS of lookers but few takers. I did not even use a box of worms. 1 keeper walleye, 2 shorts (12 inchers).
