Went out Wed afternoon. First cool day in  a long time.  Went to the entrance to Hurricane Bay. If you are going into the Bay, I stayed in the Narrows, right side.  There are some big rocks there. I stayed in 35-40 feet of water.  Corp was generating so that created some current coming around the point out of Hurricane bay.
I caught 3 Walleye (all on the small side), a Small Mouth bass, big Blue Gill, nice White Bass.  Caught all on a White War Eagle jig and in a little over an hour.  I could see them on live scope.  Used Spotlock to stay on top of them and watched the jig drop to the bottom.  Jig up about a foot or two and lit it fall back to the bottom. By staying just above the thermocline, taking advantage of knowing the generating was occurring and using the current at the Point led me to be successful.

Learned most of that Monday night’s meeting. A BIG thanks to Lance Hooks for passing that info to the club!!
